How do I file a warranty claim?
To obtain warranty service or support, please email Support@JAR-Systems.com or call 866-393-4202.
When you contact us, please have the following ready:
- Product serial number(s)
- A description of the issue
- Picture(s) of the issue
- Your original proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase and full details of the Product (if available).
Once received, we will advise you of the process involved in making a claim. Any claim under this Limited Warranty is subject to you notifying us (or our authorized seller) of any alleged defect within a reasonable time of it coming to your attention and no later than the expiry of the Warranty Period.
